What what surgery or orthodontics can i do to improve my face im 17 already planned nose tip raise and deviated septum to stop mouthbreathing but Its not gonna fix my recessed jaw or widen my face should i do marpe or bsso;; i also have functional problems like mouth breathing and struggle with chewing and thats a good thing becose its more easy to convince my parents to help me accend

My ent said i have it gng he said i need he will also raise my nose tip but im not sure if this is the right approach to fix mouthbreathing do you have any advise
