Someone help me please who knows about Lookmaxxing things am I cooked? and can i in any way natuarly look like the second picture if I do things right or do i need surgery and if so what surgery like would be the best and also how can i fix my hair when it looks like that picture..

Minoxidil makes sense, but why ketoconazole? Isn’t that mainly for dandruff?

yeah it is, barely anything changed except for skin quality and eye area basically accutane + squinting or just better skincare + squinting
