I need help ascending

I know I need to fix my CCW rotation and dimorphism max but I’m only 41, how can I get rid of my overbite/lower mandible recession and ascend my eye area, I’ve cleared my skin up since these photos and changed to a mod cut

Ill list some things that will help you ascend:

• accutane (low dose to fix imperfections and shrink nose)
• Oral and topical minox - your eyebrows are too positively tilted so shape them and grow hairs stragetically to make them appear more straight.
• lattise for lashes
• AFTER GROWTH IN LASHES/EYEBROWS, dye the eyebrows( 1 shade darker then hair) and lashes (1 shade darker then eyebrows)
• Get leaner either through reta or just cal deficit
• debloat (elpernone or water fasting)
• Hair is pretty good already but i would grow the sides
