(15M) I already do stuff for my eye area such as training the orbicularis oculi and eyelid pulling, and for mid face I do thumb pulling and I do chin tucks for jawline (I started taking it seriously in december) I just need more tips and how to properly diet myself because the only thing I got going for me is my height (6'3/190cm) and my accomplishments in martial arts my hair looks greasy cuz i just showered
