(15M) I already do stuff for my eye area such as training the orbicularis oculi and eyelid pulling, and for mid face I do thumb pulling and I do chin tucks for jawline (I started taking it seriously in december) I just need more tips and how to properly diet myself because the only thing I got going for me is my height (6'3/190cm) and my accomplishments in martial arts my hair looks greasy cuz i just showered

Lose weight and get jacked plus all the eye exercises are cope. Dye eyebrows plus minoxidl (topical) to grow them. Read all botb threads before anything else

Alot of that shi is cope lose bf and clear up your skin and youll pretty much be set aside from that its a personality thing depending on what your type is act like what they would want most of this can come with age consistency in the gym
