U either have liver issue so fix it , or maybe eye infection , if its neither js use drops

Yellow sclera is completly genetic and is caused by either melaning in the eyes or jaundice if its the former you can not changed it even with surgery and for eyebrows i have the same problem currently I'm using minoxidl 5 percent bimatropost microneedling and tretinoin on the side to boost absorption though a more effective method would just be to get an eyebrow transplat but there kinda expensive for such a small surgery averaging around 8k more if you go to a really good place wich id reccomend
