LUNCH 300g chicken breast, 200g greek yogurt
Post workout: 1l milk
Dinner: 300g pork or beef meat
5g creatine
250mg magnesium
i was on plan similar to this one for a week and i felt much better ( more motivation, more energy, less cravings, more active…) i when i got back to carbs and old diet ( healthy carbs…) everything got worse. Help.
