Morning: 7 eggs
50mg zinc
10000 ui D

LUNCH 300g chicken breast, 200g greek yogurt

Post workout: 1l milk

Dinner: 300g pork or beef meat
5g creatine
250mg magnesium

i was on plan similar to this one for a week and i felt much better ( more motivation, more energy, less cravings, more active…) i when i got back to carbs and old diet ( healthy carbs…) everything got worse. Help.

Once you hop on you can run this and get shredded on a recomp while not sacafrcing your will to live

Preworkout/breakfast if you dont morning gym just swap this around but your retarded to not gym from 9am-12pm
cereal, 60-80g carbs with no fat ceral it should only consist of carbs and protein
whey, 20-30g protein
lite milk 200ml
10-20g sugar depending on carbs on cereal i aim for 100g carbs pre workout

Post workout/lunch
300g chicken breast
100g uncooked rice of choice

Snack
super duper low fat yogurt
sugar
whey
Depending on diet and calories you can adjust these

Dinner
300g chicken breast
100g uncooked rice
2-3 eggs optional if using accutane need fats for digestion or swap with olive oil but eggs are more optimal for satiety and flavour oil is goyslop

200-230g p
250-300c
20-30 f
