Don't shampoo or use conditioner I would say. Or use it sparingly, because it gets rid of natural hair oils that gives your hair texture, volume and weight. Wash your hair with shampoo or conditioner maybe once a month. But regularly wash it with water to maintain hygiene.

Firstly why would you wash your hair regularly with shampoo? You don't get your hair dirty. Secondly if you take a shower everyday, your hair would be well washed. Thirdly having constant sulfates and other chemicals stripping out your natural hair oils causing your body to start producing excess oil as there is less in the hair is bad. Next time do research. It's basic common sense.
