I need help with my diet

I have been gymcelling for about a year now,
I was stupid so I bulked to hard and I gained alot of fat.
Honestly I have never been lean in my entire life and two weeks ago I saw itsover's transformation and it got me motivated.
Now the issue is, Im never hungry!
I can go an entire day eating just one egg with no problem at all.
I try to eat as healthy as possible but I'm having trouble reaching my optimal protein and calorie intake.
Usually I start off the day with a glass of water, a fruit and 3 eggs.
Then I eat dinner wich is usually chicken and brocolli and then I go to bed.
It's way too little since I want to retain muscle.
I need suggestions on meals I could eat daily, because I have no problem with eating the same shit everyday.

why do u not eat lunch lmao
a decent example would be something like, eat eggs with protein bread for breakfast, eat chicken breast with rice or smth similar for lunch and eat oatmeal for dinner (insert fruit and veggies by choice obviously)

since you're fat eat about 10% below maintanence in calories and get at least 1g protein per lb bodyweight, if you're actively working out then this should be fine for leaning out over a period of time without losing muscle

Bulking is a meme. Start fasting to get that low bf%
