You dont have eyebrows nor lashes. Grow them thick and dark. Minoxidil and castor oil for for eyebrows. Multi peptide serum for eyelashes. Minoxidil is fine only on eyebrows since it can migrate down to the eyelashes and make them grow passively.
After u grew eyebrows and eyelashes
Dye your eyebrows (slightly darker than your hair color) and lashes (dark or blue black)

Get surgery for wider lips (its not that common and easy to find tho) or filler for more volume.
