try kojic soap, decent hyperpigmentation reducer over several months it should be somewhat permanent, or depending on the type of pigmentation you could try undereye caffeine serum although its very temporary and just gets rid of black bags instead of the pigment itself. stay away from topical steroids as your skin will just rely on it, niacinamide, salycylic acid, and azelaic will help but they won't do shit if you're looking for real results, i'm sorry to say this but you've gotta just hit puberty or something because it's really just age determinant and genetics based
my skin was shit until the age of 16 and then got better as i hit the gym and more importantly consistently started doing cardio

in all honesty you gotta just try low dose 10mg accutane or some shi twin

Throw all that shit in the trash, walk down to the dermatologist, and get you some Accutane.

The ordinary products are decent just stay consistent, azelaic acid is good for fading hyper pigmentation and the niancimide zinc
