@aids gh + igf-1 could potentially stimulate bone growth from the studies ive read. still little proof it worked because the users were going through puberty in the study.
There are no studies that have looked at any AAS nor growth factors for increases in bone volume in the face. I am 100% sure.
Do not misconstrue it with bone density.

so if i don’t take supplements my bone doesn’t grow and i post 2 supplements which should i buy?
If you are young (still in puberty) then supplements will help. Your bones need vitamins and minerals, if you aren't deficient (which you mostly aren't if you take supplements) they can grow better and stronger. Yes, it is mostly genetics but supplements will help your bones.

1. 500mg magnesium is too much for a 17 year old. The recommended amount is 350-410mg per day for 14-18 year olds. As far as I know tho 90mg more doesn’t make a huge difference, they exceed the daily supplement level just slightly. If you can't find 450mg then take the one in the pic, if you however notice that you're getting more bloated or diarrhea, stop using them.

2. I wouldn't use that. The amount of vitamins and minerals is very high, and also already covers your daily intake for some. You can get calcium and k2 from kefir for example. I'd choose supplements which only contain 1-3 vitamins/minerals. I'm not an expert though

3.not enough. 65mg calcium by far isn't enough daily and the magnesium part is OKAY. A bit too less but it's alright I guess.

I've never said this before but it might be over lmfao. Nevertheless do what you can I'm not specifically a facial expert tho
