I wanna know how to improve, I know a lot about black pill and I like have the info in my head and I don’t know how to apply it to myself I’m doing skincare and I know my lower third like my chin to philtrum ratio isn’t ideal cuz my shin is short and I know I ahve eye bags I just dont know how else to apply it and I need help badly also I’m kinda bloated cuz I’ve had a really shit day and ik that can make ur cortisol spike which prolly causes bloating but also I stopped purging and gained like 5 pounds so I look less lean now but yea and I know my left massater is too small compared to my right and

Brother, you look too bloated and a little overweight, from what I can see. After you lose weight, see which areas you want to improve, although I think surgery or something similar might be the best option

I'm currently on adapalene cause taz & tret were too harsh for my skin.
Also, try a good spf50+ sunscreen if you want to
