I wanna know how to improve, I know a lot about looksmaxxing and I like have the info in my head and I don’t know how to apply it to myself I’m doing skincare and I know my lower third like my chin isn’t ideal cuz my shin is short and I know I ahve eye bags I just dont know how else to apply it and I need help badly also I’m kinda bloated cuz I’ve had a really shit day and ik that can make ur cortisol spike which prolly causes bloating but also I stopped purging and gained like 5 pounds so I look less lean now but yea and I know my left massater is too small compared to my right and idk I feel like my nose nerfs me but it helps my dysmorphism

They can make ur face look fat or too wide, I was even considering Botox for them I think it’s just overgrowth of one massater so I’m just gonna not jaw clench in general and eat on both sides to avoid imbalance but my goions are probably inward but they look rlly outward when by massaters are smaller
