i need help

I have a bill in .pdf format, but it's just a pic of a document saved as .pdf

i need to add one more word to it, but it needs to look convincing, and i don't know which font is used in the document i'm trying to falsify

which tools should i use to do that? tried some online tools, but they usually offer too limited options
