16yo 5'5 62kg, damn man thats tough. Since u are 16 ill assume ur growth plates are open, id recommend to hop on AI ASAP to make sure they dont close prematruley. Not to be harsh or anything but you seem to have very low testosterone or low androgen receptor sensitivty, one is bad and one is ok. If you have low test but good AR sensitivity u can make up for it by taking test but if u have bad AR sensitivty you cant really help it.
Right now your main goal should be to grow as tall as possible cause if u havent figured it out yet, height is king and 5'5 isnt the ideal height.
If you will run AI and try to grow taller make sure to balance ur E2 with bloodwork and etc cause low E2 during puberty can tank ur neurodevelopment and leave ur frontal lobe partially developed so u will practically get brain damage and a retarded adult compared to ur peers.
Then run some anabolics cause hgh and anabolics synergise for a more robust development. Only after they should u worry about the small stuff on your face.

Look, obviously u havent grown to your adult potential so its natural to have some recessions but at 16 youd be a bit more developed.
You have a recessed chin (suggests low AR sensitivy near your chin)
Same goes for your brow ridge
Invisible gonions, not visible jawline so cannot asses ramus length but since its not visible it suggests recession.

All you need is more growht hormone cause obviosuly your pituitary gland cannot provide enough for growth, same goes for your balls that cannot synthesize enough test. Genetic barrier is cope, genetics help natural growth but epigenetics control your ceiling
