I need serious orthodontic help 🙏

My maxilla is not flat but it severely lacks lateral projection on top of that I have a high gonial angle and downward growth. Is there anything I could do by potentially visiting an orthodontist?

Ortho can help camouflage it, if it's skeletal issues you can only fix 'em with surgery, but it's still worth to see an orthodontist about this just ask them.
