I need soft max recommendations

I’m 16, yes my nose and philtrum are shit I understand but don’t know how to improve, currently trying hydrocortisone, and as far as I’m aware philtrum is permanent, surgery is not an option it just might be over.

im really not well versed on surgeries but it would be the most likely fix, for soft maxxing just have a good skincare routine and your skin looks fine already and maybe grow the hair out a bit too

1. First of all, grow your hair out. It usually improves framing and overall appearance.
2. Don’t believe in zygopushing, thumb-pulling, towel methods, or similar stuff. Those are mostly coping myths with no real evidence.
3. Start a simple, sustainable skincare routine. Consistency matters more than complexity.
3. Sleep at least 8 hours a day. Be in bed with your eyes closed by midnight at the latest. More quality sleep = better recovery and appearance.
4. Reduce bloating, but don’t overdo it since you’re still in puberty.
5. Dye your eyebrows and hair black for higher facial contrast (only if it suits your features and skin tone).
6. Maintain proper tongue posture.
7. Breathe through your nose, not your mouth.
8. Shower daily and use deodorant twice a day (morning and night).
