Weed - Marijuana, derived from hemp plants
Vape - short for "Vaporizer", typically used in the vaporization of THC and Nicotine infused acid and/or oil mixes
Smoke - to inhale something burn, typically referring to weed if not specified i.e. (Do you smoke? - Do you smoke weed?)

Cart = cartridge, fills the battery, which is what you inhale from. Different types of batteries: 510s, full kits, etc.

Not that complicated but there are so many choices if you're getting into this. I personally use a cheap as fuck 510 when I use it for weight loss. Disposable batteries like Fire Tanks are good if you like weed
