Salutations, I've been talking to different doctors because I'm thinking about getting a trimax, or at least a bimax, so I'm asking for advice regarding to how many mm of advancement should I ask, and in what parts, because I don't want to get a bluepilled plan.
The images displayed below are from my most recent studies, I'm a Class III as you'll see, and the surgeon recommended me doing a pre-op rapid palatal expansion surgery in the upper part, which has a skeletal problem, and putting a normal expander below as well. So my other question would be regarding to if it is it a good pre-op plan.
