Wait till the dudes in puberty, you aren’t wrong that HGH is helpful in height, but with proper nutrition, sleep, and activities he can grow properly without it (depending on genetics). Imo I’d wait till he’s 14 or 15 seeing where he’s at then.

i was 6,1 at 14 and i didnt grew a single inch since then im 19 now i wish that i had took hgh when i was younger and its depends of course how tall his parents are and wich one of the children he is

Your growth plates closed then. Speaking to a doctor is usually the best way to understand the situation you are in. 6'1 is still a good height, and yes you're right, his genetics matter a lot.
