You're at HTN bro prob not worth doing anything else unless you really wanna be chad then get surgery. Other than that maybe dye your hair, brows and lashes a shade or two darker for some better contrast as it would highlight your chad eye color.

if you hate how you look at htn you will probably still hate how you look post surgery, you won’t ever be satisfied. But you will be 50k poorer and might even end up botched. But if you wanna risk it then probably get a double jaw with full facial implants, can’t promise you will be happy though. Also you will have to go to turkey as in most countries they won’t let you get a surgery like that unless you are lmtn or lower
