15, 173cm 56kg here is me and I know i am pretty much cooked, but what do I need to concentrate on right now to atleast look a little better? Crooked nose is from accident, when I turn 18 I am gonna do a surgery for sure. What would I be on a scale? I think I am between 4 and a 5 so basically a sub5

js get lean if u arnt u have great potential from what i can see u got a side prof pic?

first of all just stick with a good diet and good sleep during puberty, u still got hella babyfat but those pads will migrate downwards as you get older. Train ur neck and posture, because i can tell its pretty bad.

I do boxing, I am planning on bulking this summer, I need to gain atleast 4kg cuz im underweight and on top of that go to the gym I might get a lil face fat cuz of that but when my overall bf% drops to 10-15% it will be better

Lemme search what that is rq, but thank u tho, I somehoe pulled an 8.5/10 too and also got approached a few times, I think I am not that chopped but Im still insecure😭✌️
