I need to get braces but they want to extract 4 premolars as the title says, i know that this extractions will fuck up my looks, but the doctor said that there are no other possibilities.., i told my parents that removing teeths is not optimal but they won't listen saying that this is the best teeth doctor in the city.. am i just cooked?

yh, potentially try suggesting palatal expansion, due to teeth removal being only due to crowded teeth, once the palate fully expands there would be enough room for your teeth snd then u can get braces to allign them

premolar removal cooks the majority of people but if thats the only solution they are accepting then make sure to wear ur elastics, these orthodontists fuck u over via camouflage orthodontics like this shit
