You already have a strong plan, execute what you can and stop looking for more "things to do", I can guarantee that if you actually implement half of what you mention here you'd improve so much. Some of your procedures are kinda cope, I'm crossing them out, if you have any question I'd be happy to answer based on my considerations.

Korean skincare is mostly bullshit and tailored for Korean skin, different races have different but even in Korea, I think it's just consumerist bullshit, you realistically only need 4 products and medical-grade actives to solve your skin issues, not 50 different Korean serums.

Boron, zinc, calcium and omega 3 you can get through your diet, you can easily meet the RDA and go well above it with your food, supplementing stuff shouldn't your priority, a good diet should. You could save a couple of hundred dollars a year by just eating your nutrients instead of supplementing them for no reason. Using adaptogens, magnesium and vitamin d3+k2 is okay, but unless you have a deficiency which needs immediate addressing, just don't supplement stuff you can eat.

Tongkat ali is potentially toxic and while it does boost testosterone that effect has mostly been seen on hypogonadal rats and men (so people with issues in their natural hormone production), in healthy men or teens the effect is pretty much irrelevant and not worth the money. Good habits will boost your testosterone way more than tongkat ali could as long as you don't have hypogonadism, which is unlikely.

Oh, well if you can't eat fish then I guess that's justified, just make sure it's the high quality stuff, preferably third-party tested and with a tinted bottle so it's not oxidized, keep it away from the sun or even in the fridge if you can, you do not want oxidized omega 3s. Also make sure it's EPA+DHA.

Lastly, okay you may not be able to eat fish, but you don't eat beef? 6 ounces of beef get you 96% of your daily zinc requirement, and that's just beef, basically every animal and plant product has zinc to some degree, if you eat beef and eggs daily you're likely not deficient. And if you aren't eating those daily, then the solution is not to supplement, but to just eat them daily, not only will they give you more dietary zinc, but all the other vitamins and minerals which are just as essential.

i want to eat beef but i have to eat what my mother cooks and she likes pork not beef so im stuck, i wanna try to see if i can buy some beef idk beef mince even and idkk

That depends on your calories, you'd ideally eat maintenance or in a slight surplus if you're young, so I can't really give you an exact amount since it depends on how much protein you need or how many calories you can allocate to these foods. But you probably don't care and want a straight answer, so eating between 3-6 eggs and 5-6 oz of beef a day is probably good for you.

im starting on a lean bulk pf +200 at 2700kcal because i did a cut of 500 and went from 35%bf to 15%, 3-6 daily and that amount pf beef, ill try to force beef eating in my house, what else would you recommend for me to glow up in a yr, bcs thats when i leave for college and i want all the htbs

Well, I wouldn't add anything, I'd just focus on actually having the stuff on your list done, it covers basically all of your flaws, minus canthal tilt and your philtrum, but you know, who cares about that anyway?

Really, as I said, if you even do half of this stuff you'll improve so much, you'd be the ultimate pretty boy, so stop worrying about having the ideal stuff, this is good enough, trust me. ALSO, I don't think you'd benefit from beta-carotene and lycopene... I believe your coloring's fine and further altering it would give you an uncanny look, in terms of your appeal your current skin color is almost perfect, minus some facial irregularities which you can fix with your skincare, becoming more orange/tan would just fuck up your harmony/contrast.

I don't think there are any functional softmaxxes, only surgical solutions, but even without an ideal canthal tilt and a longer philtrum. For your canthal tilt there's either canthoplasty or canthoplexy, if you're doing fat grafting for the UEE might want to consider add that in and do all the procedures together. I wouldn't touch your philtrum however, it's not a high return on investment fix.

Yeah of course you can't do rhinoplasty yet, you don't have to rush it, do it when you can.

I would do hydrocortisone, just use it safely, and don't mix it with a retinoid in your skincare. Ideally use HC in the day and a retinoid at night.

You can also use ashwagandha, awesome adaptogen, I personally use it, I would cycle it though, 5 days on, 2 days off.

Regardless, one can't and shouldn't be perfect, your plan is already packed enough as it is, my biggest fear with you fixing your philtrum is that you fuck up the harmony of your lips

- SPF! NICE! I can't recommend any skincare unless you tell me what's your skin type, is it sensitive/normal? Meaning, do you get irritation/redness easily? Oily, dry, combination or normal?

- You should cycle ashwagandha because you can quickly develop tolerance to it, you can also do something like 3 weeks on, 2 weeks off or something like that. But basically the longer you use ashwagandha, the weaker the effect gets because your body develops tolerance to the substance, the solution to this is to just avoid taking it for long periods and taking breaks.

- I don't think you should get a lip piercing purely in terms of appeal, earrings are fine, they're removable, and honestly they suit your niche, but a lip piercing is much more polarizing, if you want to do it because you actually like it? Maybe do it, but I think it just would just take appeal away from you and make you look less professional (important when you become an adult), NOT smart.

No, you perfectly fall into the pretty boy category, you don't need an extremely sharp ramus or jaw area, regardless, you're still developing, it'll improve as you age.

To test your skin type, just wash it with a cleanser or gentle soap and wait 30 minutes. If it's tight/dry.. well it's dry skin, if it's oily, then it's oily, if it feels normal... well you won't believe, but your skin is normal!
