How can I make sure I lose 10KG within 2 months? I currently do cardio (rebounding on trampoline) everyday and lift 15KG DUMBBELLS

I have been taking black coffee whenever I feel hungry to make the hunger go away. I eat chicken mostly and fruits

just stick to what you are doing, you probs lose a few kgs in nam anyway its a hot country.

SKIP BREAKFAST EVERY DAY.
I AM NOT JOKING.
Breakfast is literally 700+ kcal if ur having cereal.
Plus, skipping breakfast will allow you to do intermittent fasting.

Then eat a light lunch and dinner. Eat a lot of chicken and turkey. Make sure to get your protein, all while being 1000+ kcal below your maintenance.

I would've recommended keto but that's too much commitment for results that aren't that great tbh.

You don't wanna lose bodyfat. you want a body recomp from skinny fat to muscles

skinnyfats should cut first, if they bulk they become bloated pretty quick recomping from skinnyfat to muscular just sounds like cope.

it is easier to bulk / gain muscle from a lower bodyfat percentage. I think cutting to that amount and then lean bulking until you hit 15% bf then cut ad infinitum is the way to go, seeing as you are not that bothered by gymcelling then yeah just cut and maintain.

i think 10kg is too much, but try it out, maybe aim for low 80s. Im 70kg at 5'10 and feel small
 
All of this cope will get you nowhere. The main concern is that a calorie deficit will make you lose muscle blah blah. Yes it will however incels will then immediately jump to the conclusion that we must make the deficit very small to avoid muscle loss. This is so stupid, because then the deficit becomes so long that hormones get affected I..E testosterone drops and you just lose even more muscle from being in a constant deficit for like half a year jfl.

To not lose any muscle literally just water fast or do omad for 3-4 weeks. You will drop a lot of weight, but after a week or so you'll actually start losing fat. This also engages autophagy in your body. And because your insulin is gonna get fixed plus omad increases testosterone, don't worry about any catabolic affects. This is the way.
