I have a foot injury for the past 6 years and cant do jumping workout or any impact workouts 😭, I really need to start doing stuff again.
I can do:
1. ABS Workouts on the floor in my room
2. Shoulder Workouts in the gym
3. Walking on the treadmill

anything else?

if you want you can just buy weights to train shoulders at home cause paying for the gym to only hit shoulders is stupid

No i already have gym so i already have weights there and its included so money wise doesnt matter

I only wanna do shoulders I think.
Like i wanna be like underweight, but trying to have a fairly wide frame so i thought i just need to spam shoulders for frame?
 
No i already have gym so i already have weights there and its included so money wise doesnt matter
i hate going to the gym alone it feels like im being judged 24/7 so i go with a friend or go train at home

for lower body you can do leg curls and leg extension
the pressure from the pad of the machine is on your upper or lower ankle, not foot

but he could start very light and build up
he only wants frame tho so shoulders and maybe a bit of back too to create vtaper of course chest also enhances vtaper a bit but he doesnt want to look muscular he wants to look a bit like jordan barett but a bigger frame

yk he could do assisted pull ups since it shouldnt involve his legs to much aside from getting up and down but he can be slow with it

you will have to try for yourself and see, if you cant do lunges or squats it will be hard

You dont use your feet in upper body movements
