I have a foot injury for the past 6 years and cant do jumping workout or any impact workouts
, I really need to start doing stuff again.
I can do:
1. ABS Workouts on the floor in my room
2. Shoulder Workouts in the gym
3. Walking on the treadmill
anything else?
