sorry for the late reply i was asleep. i do have a high caffeine intake about 6 monsters a day 150mg x 6 = 900mg i have been heading to the gym for the past month or so 15incline 2.1speed for 1-3hrs but idk my bf%Tell me your bf%, work out tdee etc
I am leanmaxxing a lot right now I eat like 750 calories under maintenance
each 250 calories you deficit a day is 1kg of fat lost a month
cardio is important too you should get 200-600 calories burnt from cardio every day]
supplements like caffeine (200mg is ~100cal without tolerance) and yohimbine help and if you really want you could use a fat burner like clenbuterol or dnp
if you wanna maintain muscle (you should) just eat a lot of chicken, low calories and meets protein requirements
tldr just eat less and do cardio, dont starve yourself especially since you are 17, you should dm me for more information

caffeine works for fat burning but effects wear off after a couple weeks so you'd need to cycle and also not take as monster
all you need to do is stop eating and drinking so many calories and then someone might be able to give you advice
