I lost 30lb over 6 weeks at 15 n keep the weight off. (6'3 175lb-145lb, im a bitchless twig jfl, but better than a bitchless fatass).

My recommendations are to sleep more and spend more time outside the house doing some sort of activity. From personal experience, ofc. I also made myself eat shit like Oikos Pro flavored Greek Yogurt (lifesaver until it got boring), get yourself protein powder, maybe invest in a sugar-free alternative to sugar so you can cook for yourself and curb sweet tooth cravings, and drink coffee (preferably black, you get used to it) and chew sugar-free gum.

You could pin something like retatrutide (to suppress appetite). it's a peptide that you can buy online (most people are trying to scam you when they give you a link, you have to do research yourself and look for any clinical trials listed on the website that prove it's effective), and you can find detailed guides on how to inject it under the BOTB section on this site.
