It's extremely legit and I haven't had any sides yet (first week (it's a weekly injection)). You can skip breakfast and lunch barely noticing while on this. It does wear off as the week goes by and you start getting hungry again. Can't wait to inject again in two days.

There's an oral version (brand name Rybelsus) but injecting it is cheaper. Idk how easy it is to source oral either, unless you get it prescribed. Main sides is nausea/upset stomach for the first week or two that can apparenly be quite severe with the largest dose, but I didn't get them. It has a black box warning so it could theoretically kill you (it's given rats thyroid cancer in studies IIRC), kek, but SSRIs also have black box warnings and they're given out like candy..
