Went from 73.2-73.4. Why is that? Maybe water retention cause my leg muscles are sore af? @Orc @User28823

weight loss doesn't happen in 1 day.
Why did i gain weight tho when all i had was 2 eggs 5 g butter 25 g cheese and 3 diet sodas

Buddy it's water retention I guarantee if you keep deficit for 3 days (although not that drastic eat 500-1000max under maintenance) you'll have like 0,5kg less on scale

Eat like 85% PROTEIN, dump all easy carbs (bread and whatever) and it's fucking easy to get shredded

Nah man too much i need to lose weight asap, im also not craving anything at all but ik as soon as i eat something they will comeback

When i eat i only eat eggs or fish or red meat and only like 200 cals worth with some buttter

Idk if it'll be sustainable weight loss, sure you'll lose much at this sctrict deficit in two weeks, why are you in such hurry if you're 16-18% - you should be mogging at that BF% tbh, I'm 18-% rnaybe (from 22-23%) 3 months ago but for me it's couple of days of eating good - beef/eggs protein gym, and like 30% of bullshit with party/acohol so I would be at 15 right now if not for fucking around / consistency

It should be from what i heard from others who did this, it also changes your eaing habit and gets any shit stuck in your body out, i dont wanna waste any more time i wanna get to my full potential asap not just with weight loss but also other shit, im kinda doing it for an event early next month.
