Nah man too much i need to lose weight asap, im also not craving anything at all but ik as soon as i eat something they will comebackBuddy it's water retention I guarantee if you keep deficit for 3 days (although not that drastic eat 500-1000max under maintenance) you'll have like 0,5kg less on scale
