My handwriting is utter shit. Even my teachers in middle school used to call me and make me read the exam transcripts because they couldn't understand what I wrote. I also had a lazy habit of not writing the last two letters in words and just scribble somehting which made it even worse. For my board exams, I had no choice but to practice writing slowly and neatly. I found an old picture of my notes trying to solve a problem in differential equations. Legit looks something 2 years old write.

it’s annoying as shit every teacher i’ve ever had calls me lazy and makes me practice my hand writing even though it will never get better

Mine’s worse and smaller (which makes it even harder to read). Imagine being put in a special handwriting class even at 11th grade, couldn’t be me. :feelscry:

No I actually write like a serial killer. My mom out of the blue fucking told me she forced me to be right handed cause as a kid I was seemingly left handed and now I write like some aspie kid.

I can read it just fine, my handwriting is so much worse. I recall teachers would frequently ask me what I wrote on my exams simply because they couldn't figure it out. πŸ™ƒ

Really not that bad. This is most engineering students’ handwriting. I have been told that my handwriting is that of a girl’s.

I didn’t actually read what you were doing at first. Laplace. Wow. I almost orgasmed. Did you have a periodic waveform as the forcing function in your ODE? Lol.

The way you write your Laplace operators really annoys me.

Yes. Tbh the entire differential equations was a headache for me. I still grinded and somehow got an A. Never used in anywhere afterwards. This is more useful for mechanical and electrical majors

I love differentials equations. I find something incredibly fascinating about them. They are an absolute pain in the ass if you actually need to do all this rubbish. Bare in mind, as an engineer, practically, we just shove this into WolframAlpha.

That doesnt work in curry uni. You have to form the equation yourself and solve in manually. We were only allowed to shove these equations in MATLAB in the lab assessments and question was usually was so twisted with so many variables that it took us an hour just to form thr equation.

In exams, we had to do it manually too. I am specifically talking about at work. I am not writing this shit out for 6 pages just to get it wrong by putting the wrong sign.

MATLAB is cool. It’s hilarious how freshers always ask, β€œwhy don’t you just get MATLAB?” As if the license isn’t a fortune.

MATLAB is slowly being replaced

I doubt they’ll remove it from engineering syllabuses for many years to come.
Probably not. My uni has already paid for the license and the faculty is trained over it but in real world python libraries partially or somewhat fully replaced the need for Matlab.
