I quit smoking tobacco two days ago but I still feel the cravings but it's much less and my reflexes are going back to normal instead of needing to smoke every twenty five minutes

I mean the action of smoking

Nicotine detox has been going on since Tuesday at one o clock when I left cleveland

But the physical act of smoking needs to be reconditioned from My physiology inshallah

Thank you,I will be saving my health and money this way when I return to the states

I still sometimes use a 21 MG nicotine patch when I REALLY feel it

How long do you think it would take my reflexes to go back to normal?

I don't know. It's addiction so it might take a long time

It's not particularly hard to quit smoking but it is hard to not start again. There's something profoundly enjoyable about having a cigarette in certain situations. My trouble is that I think I know better and that I will limit myself to doing this while I'm out, having a coffee or beer, early in the morning before anyone else is up, etc., but I always end up getting through the pack within the same day or two and then throwing out what is left in disgust. Some time passes and again the desire to have that warm, familiar feeling comes back. I'm glad I don't smoke regularly, quitting for months at the time, but I dont think I could ever fully give it up, or to be more frank, I dont think I want to.

It gets better after a week or two
