Inflammation can cause permenant dark eye cirles, and I am super prone to inflammation, I enjoy super long hot showers. And literally am super bloated and inflammed if I dont do my daily 1 hour walk. Even then it still remains a bit.

Its fucking brutal, but I really am not trying to take a cold shower everyday bro that shit is literal torture bruh. Idk how i used to do that shit everyday.

inflammatio nruns through out the whole body not just eyes. I fixed it though, walking, zinc cream mask once a week, cold showers, and sun exposure and its all fully gone.
