I ate a pint of protien ice cream as my last meal td to today 1800 kcal but vros i forgot i said i was gonna do only natural foods. How can i save myself i have a holiday in 14 days

Don’t worry too much about it one bad meal will not reverse your efforts. just resume your usual diet and concentrate on natural foods. For the next like 14 days, consume enough protein, be in a slight calorie deficit if you desire a more defined physique, and don’t forget to exercise.

Na I didn’t hit my protien td I had too much carbs cause I had like 4 dates earlier lmao I just got some venison at the shops tho so I should be good for tmrw like I said imma start doing a daily progress post

Sick ya I did omad but bad for digestion congrats on the 8kg tho watch this vid and tell me if y think omad is a good idea genuinely curious what your thoughts are

I 100% agree with you however that video is more for a long term goal if you get what I mean , omad is more of a short term quick weight loss my current goal is to complete my 2 week omad and then like that video up my meals to 3 small meals a day of just meat/fish and fruits. But ye your right but this wouldn’t work for you due to the 14 day goal , if you want to lose the most amount of weight in 14 days you have to unfortunately go into a deep calorie deficit

How do I mark as solution
 
Wear harsh whitening strips for 24 hours so you permanently fuck up your enamel. That way whenever you try to eat ice cream it will hurt like hell and you’ll remember not too.
