i recorded myself talking for 1 hour and i can barely understand myself

I sound terrible. I mumble a lot and slur my words. I lose my train of thought half way through sentences and use tons of pause words like "like, uh, um". And my voice is fucking garbo. My voice sounds like someone who is yawning but it's how I sound 24/7. I feel like I'm talking from my neck.

Make a conscious effort to not use filler words by checking yourself as you speak, even if it means slowing your pace.

For mumbling, try to consciously maximize the motion of your upper jaw when you talk.

When you speak, try to make the air exhale from deep in your stomach, and your voice will come from your chest instead of your neck (which I imagine is closer to your nasal voice.)

Go to acting classes, something that focuses on classic stage plays - here you have to speak loud and clear so people would understand you.

I need chemical assistance so badly, inceldom and isolation from normie society has left me basically unable to speak or communicate
