I sent one photo to my surgeon and he knew immediately what my problem was becuase I wanted a strong jawline and he said my china and jaw were good it was chubby cheeks that were the problem and he said they wouldnt go away if my parents have chubby cheeks and they do

When you apply for buccal fat removal, the plastic surgeon will ask for pics of you sucking your cheeks in. That's because you can suck buccal fat into your mouth but not subcutaneous cheek fat. If you can suck a lot of fat into your mouth, making your face look much leaner in the process, you're a good candidate for buccal fat removal.

Thats because I had an extreme amount of buccal fat in my cheeks

The surgeon who did the procedure, has been in the business for 30 years, said my buccal fat was the highest he ever seen

I also had a low bodyfat% ( 14-15% ) before getting the surgery and then lost even more bodyfat% ( 11-12% ) after the surgery

Alot of people who get the surgery dont bother getting low bodyfat either before or after so the results are very very subtle

Was your surgeon able to tell you have high amount of buccal fat before operating on you or could he only tell you after the surgery?
