i remember the day i got consciousness kinda vividly

i was literally spawned into this body, i remember not remembering anything ever, just knowing things, like for example my family names, name of my best friend and all that but i couldnt picture them in my head, i had no memories, but this is that day i made my first memories:

(i was 3 years old btw, not even remotely close to 4 years old too)

i remember me running around the house tryna get ready for kindergarten and then after kinder i remember me eating lunch with my older brother and wanting to eat more, but i didnt know if i should say 'mom i want more' or 'her name i want more'

so i waited for my brother to finish so i could copy him

after that, idk if its the same day or the next one, in the evening we saw like the family of my best friend and i didnt know how to 'greet' him but then he ran to me full speed and started hugging me and throwing me around n shit, so i quickly started acting on instinct


tldr i had no memories of anything, i simply knew things, from that moment on ive started having actual memories IT WAS LITERALLY LIKE MUSCLE MEMORY, i feel like thats the start of me cuz it kinda is


now that i think about it i think ive learned in psychology even that kids start forming actual memories at like 3 4 years old
