Serious I researched for 1h 30min about mt2 and autism

Its the only study about melanotan 2 and autism, its extremly hard to tell what the conclusion is as the mice get the mt2 injected trough an ICV Device which allows it to basically go trough the brain and skip the BBB.


Short: We have to inject atleast 470mg a day SubQ or Intranasaly for 14 days to get the same results as the mice in the study if were lucky. The dosage could also be 4700mg or higher as we dont know how much of the Peptide goes trough the BBB and thus ofcourse into the brain.

Our best option would be Intranasaly imo as it skips some steps in the Blood-brain-barrier.

Again the dosages I mentioned are very speculative but if you were able to do an ICV injection in a human that weighs 70kg you would only need 0,47–0,57 mg/day. The span is because the mouse weighs 25-30gramms
