I researched the whole day about sfs and i still dont get what it is

The short face syndrome is basically caused by one of four deviations: vertically deficient anterior height of the mandible, retropositioned mandible with pronounced vertical overbite, retropositioning of the maxilla with overclosure of the mandible, or maxillary vertical deficiency and short middle third of the face.

So small ramus height, full overbite, shorter maxila bone or lower third shorter than mid third. This means majority people have sfs unclear as day what this stupid shit is. Then there is that smile thing if ur smile is fucked u probably have it.
Honestly ascension on some patients are god tier ngl:

Tldr: get it if ur chin is baby small and recessed from the side profile, genio isnt enough, fix smile with ortho camoflauge and for jaw mass get implants ,not worth 20k or even 40k from Alforo imo

Legendary Gaia ascension small recessed chin = bimax -> profit
If ur chin is decent from the front i dont think it will give u mogger results like implants would. Also his ramus height didnt change? He just has more length and better cheeks

Its not a real syndrome just a general description for a growth pattern

They tend to have good bimax results since their upper maxilla is not recessed. They have better upper thirds, eye areas, and zygos than horse and bird cel. They also have better jaw widths usually.

Id u see the video about gustavo he axtually has a massive mandible its just his maxilla was too short, by moving his big fat mandible down it could now pull on all the soft tissue nicely and now he looks sexy and angular
