Proof that anyone can say anything and sound legit if they just use scientific terms and provide sources, the sources don't even have to prove them right by the way since 99.9% of people won't even read them. :ppSmoker:

studies / statistics can be skewed to appeal to either side
Studies / statistics aren't even necessary, let's be honest here, if anyone is watching a ytshort, a tiktok, a reel or some other short form bullshit content they won't even need for someone to back their claims with a study, it just has to sound believable to them and that's it, and if the creator provides a study then that essentially seals whatever that they said as undeniable fact, doesn't even have to be a study proving them or a study at all, enough for there to be a link and people will gobble it up since NO ONE is going to even fucking click it.

I double checked the study and basically it said that cellular energy which is found in creatine has Bone-forming osteoblasts

Yeah ,but that's just mechanical data, has there even been just one associative, not even causative, study which showed that creatine usage causes bone growth?

No that’s why I didn’t claim that he was on to something most likely is appealing to people that wanna go a safer route
