Drinking less will make you hold more water. You need a good amount of water to flush out excess fat, carbs and toxins. One gram of carbs tends to store 3-4 grams of water

great thanks. i’ll for sure start trying to make a conscious effort to drink more tbh. just get carried away or distracted doing stuff and forget to drink to the point where im used to not drinking now. ffs.
