I would show you my palate, but it is of no use, since it is narrow transversally but only in the premolar area, it is like a localized narrowness, my orthodontist said that it was not necessary because my last molar of the upper jaw fits perfectly with the last molar of the lower jaw, which indicates that a maxillary expansion would only dislocate the upper and lower teeth.

What are the alternatives? Is there a modified BSSO that can widen the lower arch? SFOT won't be enough for me

Consylar torqing with BSSO. Only offered in a case with very narrow inward jaw. U could gamble with gonion implants but they can look very bad and unnatural.

I don't need gonian implants, my jaw is already wide. It's my chin and anterior lower arch that are just very narrow. I'll ask my surgeon about it. I heard someone talk about 4/6 piece BSSO or something, do you know what that is?
