I sleep on average 3 times a day for 1-2 hours

Mostly on weekdays. I've been WFH since COVID and that totally fucked my sleep pattern since I never needed to wake up early. Sometimes I even sleep 7am and wake up 8:59. I sleep on my lunch break and sometimes 20 minutes at a time in case my team status shows 'away'' for too long.

What are the long term consequences of this apart from dying young?

Probably lots of confusion and forgetfulness, maybe drowsiness from time to time

I always sleep anything from 30 minutes to 4 hours when I come home from work

You def should try an all nighter to sleep full 8 hours at a time again

Feels better than naps tbh

But when i think abt it deeply

Naps feel better bc falling alseep feels good and u fall alseep 3 times

I wish I could do something like this or just sleep 4-5 hours per night. I need more time for stuff. But anything less than 7 hours and I'm exhausted the next day. Being an unc and a workcel is hard.

I cant tell if your name is flashing rainbow or just between red and purple
 
I mostly do the common teen sleep schedule like in a summer but instead of the summer its all day

go to sleep at 2-3 am and wake up at 11 am
