I run away from this exercise, I look for hypertrophy, not strength, but it comes anyway.

What a cool shape! I'm certainly looking for something close to him, but I still don't know how to get there because I've seen many people at the gym who train for a long time who are strong but don't have an aesthetic shape like this, possibly it's either genetics or balanced training, or even both. I don't know if it's possible that I have one because of my genetics, maybe because of my hips, I know if you can work with an inverted triangle

You need good frame ( wide clavicles, narrowish hips) plus good insertions plus a lot of steroids. Most ppl in the gym don’t know how to work out for aesthetics either way

Brother, I don't even know why it's so low, before I was in bad health because of my body type and I burn 1600 calories fasting and had 9 percent bf. Now that I joined, I gained 4 kilos and gained weight,.

I think calisthenics is great to see the guys training, but to improve it's much worse than the gym, well, it depends on what you're looking for.

True , but based on the small evolution I 've had , do you think I have the potential to reach these goals or does my genetics already help in something ? But I will never use steroids .

You will need steroids, I’m sure that guy is on steroids as well. But you can get a respectable physique naturally. Seems like you have good genetics for only two months.

Listen my guy you are fucking 15 go hit the gym and aim to get broad shoulders ASAP 80% of what matters in body aesthetic is broad shoulders with thin waist everything else is mostly cope
Also drink shit tons of milk/protein ( milk has been heavily correlated with height ) and do spine elongation exercises to make yourself tall even if for 2 inches

if he has good posture and doesn't do weird weights w fucked up form he'll be fine
I cannot abuse the weight so much because I train every day and depending on the intensity it is very difficult for me to do it the next day because of the pain ,About the posture, I try to keep a good one but unfortunately I have lordosis and I try to soften it with the gym

interesting, i dint feel soreness anymore in my arms. i once worked oht so hard my muscles were fried for 4 days but it turned my arm into a superhuman
