WOW. You are using TREN. WOOWW

I started with a dosage of 0.025%. Give tips on how to use
starting at 0.025% is the best move ngl because anything higher just fries your skin barrier right away. to skip the worst of the purging and peeling do this exact protocol:
  1. the sandwich method: do not put tret directly on bare skin at first. wash your face, put on a basic moisturizer (like cerave or cetaphil), wait 15 minutes for it to dry completely, apply a pea-sized amount of tret, and then put another layer of moisturizer on top.
  2. the pea-sized rule: literally only use a tiny pea-sized drop for your entire face. using more doesn't make it work faster, it just chemical burns your skin. avoid the corners of your nose, mouth, and right under your eyes or they will flake like crazy.
  3. ease into it: do not use it every night right away. start with twice a week for the first two weeks, then every other night for two weeks. only switch to every night once your skin completely stops flaking.
  4. wear sunscreen daily: tret makes your skin highly sensitive to UV rays. if you raw-dog the sun without spf 50 while on tret, you are going to get crazy hyperpigmentation and ruin your skin quality.
  5. cut the other actives: drop all salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, and harsh scrubs while your skin adjusts. you just need a gentle cleanser, moisturizer, tret, and sunscreen. simple as.
(took me a while to research and write, pls give rep )
