I guess my 2 years of NEETdom were more harmful than I thought, I was always low key slow but now I can't even remember what people tell me and at times can't even form a coherent sentence

No way I can work even an easy job at this point, I need to be put in a group home

If anything it's language processing disorder and/or moderate mental retardation
